Find Your Great
Find Your Great turns the work you already do into a record of what you have actually accomplished. It connects to Slack, GitHub, Linear and your meetings, then works out what you worked on, what you decided, and what changed as a result. This connector gives Claude read-only access to that record, so you can ask about your own work in plain language instead of reconstructing it from memory. Ask things like: - "What did I work on this week?" - "How are my evaluation scores trending?" - "Draft an impact update for my manager covering the last two weeks." - "What decisions did I make on the authentication project, and why?" - "Where did my time actually go last quarter?" What Claude can read — you choose which scopes to grant on the consent screen: • Work Activity — activities, projects, decisions and meetings, including message content and meeting transcripts • Career Signals — evaluations, scores against your level, the reasoning behind them, written day/week/month summaries, and the dated evidence each score rests on • Patterns — recurring strengths, growth areas, reputational traits, and the dated moments that evidence them • Plans & Goals — team goals, development plans and personal narratives • Impact Updates — stakeholder updates about your work, and their status • Team — members, teams, and how work connects to business outcomes All 44 tools are read-only — the connector never writes to your account on behalf of an AI client. Every tool is scoped to the account that authorized the connection, so it can never read another member's data. You can revoke access at any time from Settings → Connections. You will need a Find Your Great account and at least one connected work integration; the tools read the activity those integrations capture.
