a quiet counter is a meal-planning app for a household that cooks. This connector lets Claude work with your own kitchen: what is in your recipe library, what is planned for the week, what is in the freezer, fridge and pantry, and what is on the grocery list. Ask what is for dinner tonight, have Claude add things to the grocery list, put a saved recipe on Thursday, work out who is eating which meal, or see how the week is adding up for protein, fibre and plant variety. The grocery list builds itself from the meals you plan, and the nutrition figures come from the same ingredients, so they match what the app shows. Claude can read your recipes, plan, stock, grocery list and nutrition figures, and add and remove grocery items, schedule and move meals, save and correct recipes, and log what you ate. Before you connect, a quiet counter shows you exactly what Claude will be able to do. You can disconnect any time under Profile, Connected apps in the app, and every change comes with an undo for fifteen minutes. It never receives your email address, password, subscription details or anyone else's data. It does not give health, medical or dietary advice and it does not buy anything.
